Jun Kim, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jun Kim brings a wealth of experience to the company from several prior successful technology startups. With over 20 years of business and technology experience, Mr. Kim’s passion and drive are the fuel that has propelled the company to achieve rapid success. As co-founder of Techwell, he played an integral role in taking the silicon-based products giant to IPO in 2006.

Edward Jeong, Chief Technology Officer, Ph.D/E.E
Dr. Jeong is responsible for leading the company’s engineering activities and has developed silicon devices such as the POS-Watch series, ASIC and N-DVR chips for POSTECH, a leading DVR manufacturer in Korea. Dr. Jeong has vast experience in the video surveillance engineering industry, with expertise in Digital Video Signal Compression & Multi Screen Processing. Dr. Jeong has written several technical papers for industry journals and conferences. He also owns five patents, including “Methods and Devices for Digital Video Signal Compression and Multi-Screen Process by Multi-Thread Scaling” in Japan and the U.S. Prior to Vineyard, Dr. Jeong was employed by POSTECH for 15years.

Lily Liu, VP of Business Development
Ms. Liu brings over 20 years of business experience. Before joining the company, Ms. Liu had valuable experience in four startup companies. She also has international trading experience, primarily focused on Asian markets. In her last venture, she served as Chief Financial Officer. She holds an MBA and a Masters in Finance and Economics.
