Plan, direct and coordinate R&D activities and projects across engineering teams for the design and development of Digital Video Recorder (DVR) and SOC (System On Chip) as part of Vineyard’s security solutions. Define product R&D roadmap, develop new product portfolio, and plan product schedule and release. Coordinate R&D activities. Manage R&D team and technicians. Direct customer technical support. Advise CEO and sales team on technical related issues.

Requirement:
Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering; 3 years of experience in job offered or as an Engineering Manager managing Digital Video Recorder development.
